DC4Q-D are digital servo amplifiers for brush type DC motors, which could be controlled via digital or analog command interfaces. DC4QR-D  servo amplifiers have built-in rectifier and shunt-regulator, so they require a single  AC power supply (single or three phase). The biggest models could provide up-to 6 kW of continuous power.  DC4Q-D servo amplifiers can easilly be controlled by PLCs  or PCs via STEP / DIR inputs or serial interface. Ten LEDs and two relay outputs indicate the operating status.

The digital part has programmable P.I.D. control filter, error limiting and step multiplier. In the analog part, velocity loop gain, maximal current, nominal voltage and command signal weight can be adjusted by single-turn potentiometers. The offset adjusting potentiometer can also be used as an on-board input signal for testing purposes when a jumper is ON.
